Unlike a tenant in a lease agreement, a licensee does not acquire any property rights or tenancy status. The licensee's right to occupy the campsite is strictly limited to the duration specified in the agreement, after which they must vacate the premises unless a renewal is formally executed. Continued occupation of the site without proper authorization and payment of the requisite fees is strictly prohibited. In such instances, the licensee may incur additional charges, including interest, for each day of unauthorized stay. Failure to remit payment for unauthorized occupation will result in the licensee being categorized as a trespasser, potentially leading to criminal charges. Ole Limestone LLC bears no responsibility for any legal repercussions arising from the actions of licensees or trespassers. The individual or business in violation of this agreement shall be solely accountable for any expenses incurred, including the obligation to reimburse Ole Limestone LLC for any costs resulting from their actions. Furthermore, Ole Limestone LLC reserves the unequivocal right to remove any licensee from the property should they fail to adhere to the Terms of Use and Restrictions outlined in this agreement.
